Sign up once. Get seen four ways.
You sign up and pay once. We put your business in every mailbox, in shop windows around town, and online all year. A digital ad disappears in a second. A MapToon is made with your chamber, so it arrives as your town’s own guide, and 28 towns have come back for another edition.
"Everyone always sees the big map poster the second they walk in. It's perfect. It's been a great conversation starter."

- Not a chamber member? Your ad comes with a free trial membership.
Inside a real MapToon.
This is the 2026 Manhasset map, panel by panel. Every spot is printed, mailed to every home and business and posted in shop windows, and cover spots are the first thing people see when the map arrives.
Questions business owners ask
Isn’t direct mail dead?
Mailboxes are emptier than they’ve been in decades: the average household now gets about 620 pieces of mail a year, down from about 1,480 at the 2005 peak (USPS data via Brookings). So mail worth opening stands out, and a MapToon isn’t just an ad. It’s your town’s own “Best of” guide, made with your chamber, so people open it, pass it around and see it again in shop windows all over town. A digital ad is gone in a second; a MapToon can stay on a wall for years. And it’s online all year on AskLongIsland.com.
Who designs my ad?
We do, at no extra charge. We gather your logo and details and design your ad, whether it’s your building, logo, van or plane banner. Premium advertisers can also send us a ready-made ad. You approve it before the map prints.
How long does my ad last?
Until your town’s next edition, usually at least three years.
Do I need to be a chamber member?
No. If you’re not a member, your ad comes with a free trial chamber membership.
Can my competitors be on the map too?
Yes. The map is meant to reflect the real mix of businesses in town, so others in your line of business may be on it too.
When is my town’s next map?
Search your town on Find Your Town, or ask us to tell you when its map opens.
